1890s Bloomer Bicycle Outfit

While I'm procrastinating on my paper, I thought I'd share some pictures of the 1890s bloomer outfit I made for a research project I presented today. Enjoy!

Gorgeous!
I think the 1890s garments look like as much fun as the 1830s ;)

this is SO awesome! I might need one of these outfits, too!
Very well done!
Have you drafted the pattern yourself? or did you get a pattern from the web?
Greetings

I want to make an outfit like this too. I'm also interested to know fabric and pattern information.

This is so cool! I was just thinking about how I should get me a bloomer outfit. It looks really great!

THAT is fantastic. I've seen a French cyclist magazine on-line from late 1800s that shows illustrations of both beauties in the costume and ladies that shouldn't wear it. The bloomer cycling costume was also a subject of postcards at the same time with the same themes of beauty and humor.

Your version of the costume is just beautiful.
